Dane County is inviting Proposals for Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to enter into an energy savings performance contract.  At a minimum, the work consists of a facility audit, recommendations report, design engineering, construction and measurement & verification services.  Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Proposals document & submit Proposals.
