Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services to replace siding & make other envelope / exterior improvements to the building. Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids (RFB) document & submit Bids. Pre-bid site tour will be Dec. 19, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Job Site. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.

This RFB was originally scheduled to be let 12/02/22 with bids due 01/04/23. Changes in the County's schedule require this to be changed to RFB letting on 12/08/22 & bids due on 01/17/23. The RFB document should be uploaded to this site on 12/08/22 at 2:00 p.m.
