Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services to repair the planters and retaining wall of the City-County Building.  Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids (RFB) document & submit Bids.

Pre-bid site tour will be Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 10 a.m. at the City-County Building, 210 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Madison, WI, starting at the Martin Luther King Jr Blvd entrance. Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. See RFB for mandatory disease transmission prevention practices.
