Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services to provide roof removal and replacement for the sand storage and maintenance buildings. All Contractor personnel working in secured areas will be required to pass a criminal history records check and security threat assessment.  Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar roofing projects should obtain this Request for Bids document & submit Bids.

A pre-bid site tour will be held Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Dane County Regional Airport Maintenance Storage Building at 2601 Darwin Road, Madison, WI, 53704.  To locate the site tour starting point, head east on Darwin Road at the intersection of International Lane and Darwin Road until you reach a small parking lot next to a security gate.  The starting point is also shown on the Pre-Bid Site Tour Location Map included in the Request for Bids document. Bidders are required to attend this mandatory tour in order to bid on the Work. Please note that the aforementioned ID badges, along with any other forms of security clearance, will not be required for the pre-bid site tour.
