ADDENDUM 1 - COLISEUM FALL PROTECTION UPGRADE

Dane County is accepting proposals for design, provision of materials, and install of a turn key fall protection system to facilitate riggers working in the ceiling of Veterans Memorial Coliseum.  RFP documents can be found attached here.

The attached addendum has eight (8) items to be downloaded.  The first is the addendum form, Addendum 1 - Coliseum Fall Protection Upgrade.  The addendum form explains all the items that are attached and address questions that have been asked about the project.
