Dane County is seeking bids for the replacement of the existing roofing systems on the City-County Building.  Project entails full removal of current roof and the installation of new tapered insulation and a fully adhered EPDM sheet roofing system.  Also included in this project is the rehabilitation to the Jail Recreation Deck.  This consists of a 4" concrete slab poured directly over the membrane.
