Dane County is inviting Bids for construction services associated with farmstead demolition and restoration. The project includes demolition, crushing & relocation of concrete foundations and feedlot/storage areas as well as closure of milk house waste storage and construction of water control structures for a future wetland restoration.  Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids document & submit Bids.

A pre-bid site tour will be held Tuesday, April 7 at 1:00 p.m. at Pheasant Branch Conservancy-Acker Farm,. Bidders  are strongly encouraged to attend this tour.
