Dane County is seeking to repair concrete panel-to-panel joint treatments, patch existing stone and cement surfaces, remove and replace sealant/backer rod in joints, and power washing of all stone/concrete panels on the building.  

Addendum 1 has been issued extending the bid due date and a further addendum will be following by the end of October 2019, with more information regarding the RFB.

Addendum #2 has been issued: new drawings, specifications, and clarification of questions.

Addendum #3 has been issued extending the bid due date to December 17, 2019 at 2:00pm.

Addendum #4 has been issued to clarify contractor submitted questions.
