This project will build a new facility to replace the existing BPHCC. Operations at the existing facility & campus must remain fully operational during the entire construction project. Complete demolition of the existing facility is not a part of this project. Pre-bid meeting on Thursday, April 30, 2009 at 9:30 A.M. at the existing BPHCC.
