Dane County is inviting bids for the repair of the Observation Tower at Lake Farm Park. Work will include the replacement of the wood observation deck, wood railings and wood stairs.  Only firms with capabilities, experience & expertise with similar projects should obtain this Request for Bids document & submit bids.

A pre-bid tour will be held Friday, May 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Observation Tower, 3113 Lake Farm Road. Bidders strongly encouraged to attend this tour.
