Dane County is seeking bids for construction services to remodel and upgrade approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of office space in the City-County Building.  Work will include architectural, mechanical (HVAC), electrical, telecom, and fire protection.  Hard copies of plans and specifications are available at the Dane County Public Works office located at 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison WI.  A fully refundable deposit of $35.00 is required for hard copies.
