This project will build a new facility to replace the existing BPHCC. Operations at the existing facility & campus must remain fully operational during the entire construction project. Complete demolition of the existing facility is not a part of this project.

A major addendum with plumbing, mechanical & electric specifications & drawings will be released the week of March 30, 2009. This Addendum will include a geothermal heating & cooling system for the facility.
